Victoria, BC Canada is a Port of Call for Alaskan Cruises, many arrivals are in the evening and all guests should take the opportunity to see this lovely City.
Cruise Lines offer a variety of Shore Excursions, but for those who have not purchased through the ship there is still opportunity to take a tour or just go downtown to see the City. Cruise Victoria is a bus company and offer a shuttle bus meeting all cruise line arrivals into the Port of Victoria at Ogden Point. The shuttle bus cost $7.00 but this gets you downtown plus back to the ship - and if you show your pass your can ride back and forth as many times as you wish.
Once in downtown Victoria, there are numerous tour options not the least of which are the Deluxe Victoria City Tour (1.5 hrs) or the Butchart Gardens Tour (min. 3 hrs - or stay as long as you wish).
